cx666 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including referral to law enforcement authorities, in respect of any violation of this section.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, images, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts and source code — is the intellectual property of cx666 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law.

• Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness or suitability of any Content for any specific purpose.
